The Amazon SES Free Tier

Like many Amazon Web Services, Amazon SES has a free tier:

Here’s what this means for you:

• You can send 2,000 messages per day for free if you use Amazon SES from Amazon EC2 (or via AWS Elastic Beanstalk).
• After 2,000 messages, you will be charged the current Amazon SES rate of $0.10 per thousand messages.
• Data transfer fees still apply, but currently all data transfer in is free, and your first GB of data transfer out is also free.
• Attachment charges still apply, which are currently $0.12 per GB.
• You can take advantage of the Amazon SES free tier for more than a year (as many of our customers already have!).
